Buying is a conversation
Your code is generated for your computer specifically, so it cannot exist before I know which computer it is. That is why there is no automatic checkout — and also why Lester keeps working with no server anywhere, forever.

Your download arrives once the payment lands. Run the installer with After Effects closed.
Send your machine id
Lester shows a 24-character id. Copy it to me, paste the code that comes back, and you are done for good.
What it needs
Check these. If any of it is a problem, ask before paying rather than after.

- 2021 or newer, Windows 10/11 or macOS 11 and up.
- Python
- 3.9 or newer, for transcription. The installer builds its own private environment and never touches your system packages.
- Disk space
- About 1–2 GB once the speech model has downloaded, which happens once.
- Internet
- For installing and the first model download. After that, none.
- One computer
- Each code activates one machine. Need a laptop and a desktop? Ask — that is two codes and we can work something out.
